What I believe is that Innovation evolves when we are forced to work within the limits. Following the similar philosophy, Salesforce.com has its Governer Limits which encourages developers to think out of box to implement complex business process and that too following Salesforce best practices within the boundary of its limits. One of such innovations is serializing the invocation of batch apex. Let's take a look into it.
Since we cannot call a Batch Apex class from another Batch Apex class because Batch Apex being the future call. However, I had an opportunity to come across a blog which shows how we could serialize batch apex.
This blog shows how Batch Apex can be serialized by using Salesforce Email Services. It's worth sharing here.
